He knows the mortgage process well and follows through on everything he discusses. Mike and Danielle are just as awesome and are detailed, efficient and process driven. Every step of the way I knew exactly what was happening and Tuan and team even checked in even when there was no other update just to say things are moving along. They made me feel heard, valued and always knew what was going on in my process. I felt like I was their only customer with the attention I received even though I know they have many customers all in different stages. Tuan and his team are absolutely the best! I needed to refi and found Tuan through Yelp. I was cautious and skeptical at first especially having to trust someone based only on good Yelp reviews. There's a very special reason why you only see 5 stars review for Tuan and his team. It's truly because they are the best, no joke!!! I was referred to Tuan by one of my good friends who told me he was one of the best loan agents she's ever worked with. He initially helped me with the refinancing of our current home which went smoothly and left a great impression on me. A month later we decided we wanted to purchase another home and so I reached out to Tuan and his team again. Within 1 week Tuan got my pre approval, found me a trusting agent to work with and by the end of the week we had placed in an offer on our new home and was accepted. When we had our offer accepted, we were put under the gun with a very short escrow time required by the seller. Tuan delivered on schedule with no hiccups. Where do I even start.... If there was an option for 10 stars on Yelp I would hit it twice!! My best friend referred us to Providential Mortgage and told us that Tuan and his team could close our loan in 14 days. (Yes I said 14 days). This was my fiance and I first home and had no experience in the process. Tuan and Mike made us feel so at ease with everything even with our hectic work schedule. They where so professional and not once did they tell us there was a problem with your loan. Everyday we got updates and the status of are loan which made us feel even better.
